You may think that an air fryer is just a modern replacement for a deep fat fryer, but I’d like to show you that there is more to air fryer cooking than just frying!
The air fryer is such a time and mess saver. No deep pans of fat splashing all over your kitchen, and the quick cooking times ensure that your food is cooked to perfection: crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside.
Also, it’s safe to leave the air fryer to do its thing whilst you do something else when dinner is cooking!
I’m determined to show you that you don’t have to stick to traditional deep fat frying foods when using an air fryer.
